Lunita Jungle Retreat · Puerto Morelos, Mexico · March 6–18, 2027

The Practitioner Path

A Bufo facilitator training, from the inside out

This training prepares you to facilitate Bufo for others — safely, skillfully, and with integrity. An intimate, immersive retreat that pairs deep personal healing with hands-on facilitation practice, so you learn the medicine from the inside out.

With quality over quantity and deeply individualized attention, you will be prepared to hold space for others with the skill and reverence this medicine demands.

The Journey

Two movements, one path

First you heal. Then you learn to hold the medicine for others.

Days 1–5Personal Healing

Clearing & Becoming a Pure Vessel

Deep personal healing and spiritual hygiene to create a clear, pure vessel for service — connecting with the Bufo spirit, aligning with its wisdom, and learning sacred container creation, prayer, intention, and energetic protection.

Days 6–13Facilitation & Safety

Holding Space with Integrity

Client intake and trust-building, ceremony observation and hands-on experience, administering Bufo with safety and integrity, preparing ceremonial space and energetic balance, and guiding integration for those you serve.

Everything for the journey

At the Retreat

Woven with ceremony

Alongside the training, ceremonies that honor the land and deepen your own healing while you're here.

Welcome

Mayan Blessing

An opening ceremony to welcome you to the land and consecrate the work ahead.

Roots

Pachamama Planting

A tree-planting ceremony in honor of the Earth — a living offering of gratitude.

Rebirth

Temescal Sweat Lodge

A traditional Mayan temescal — a powerful ceremony of purification and rebirth.

Is This Your Path?

This is an intensive — thirteen demanding days of deep inner work and hands-on practice, and not a program for those new to plant medicine. Participants must have prior experience with plant or psychedelic medicine, and will pass a screening call to ensure they're ready for this depth of work.

Completing the training is not the same as being certified to serve. Throughout the days you're assessed on competency, safety, and readiness — and finishing them does not guarantee certification to hold this medicine for others. Some will need more time and practice before they're ready, and we'll tell you honestly where you stand.

If your heart is calling you to serve, and you're ready to train as a Bufo facilitator — we invite you to begin the conversation.
