How Ceremony Is Held
Bufo (5-MeO-DMT) is short and total, often only minutes, but those minutes ask everything of you. So we hold them with great care. You are never alone. A trained facilitator is with you one to one through the entire ceremony, from the first breath to the return.
Each ceremony follows one gentle arc, arrival, surrender, and return, supported by rapé and sound to help you settle before and land after. There is no rushing, no crowd, and no pressure. Only a safe, held space to meet the medicine and come home to yourself.

We hold our retreats in the jungle and along the coast of Mexico for a reason. Nature is part of the medicine. Between ceremonies there is time to rest by the pool, swim in a cenote, and let the quiet of the jungle settle your nervous system.
Mornings open gently with movement, breathwork, and sound. The days are not packed, they are spacious, so the land, the water, and the stillness can do their own quiet work alongside the medicine.

Our Bufo retreats are held in private villas in the Riviera Maya, the jungle and turquoise water of Tulum, and the quiet jungle of Puerto Morelos. Small, private, and yours for the length of the retreat.
No lobbies, no strangers, no need to leave the container to find a quiet corner. Just a safe home base surrounded by the nature that makes this work possible.

The retreat is the middle of the journey, not the whole of it. You are prepared for weeks before you arrive, and supported for a month after you leave. All of it is included.
You won't arrive cold. Everyone is screened, prepared, and taught what they're walking into, so the first day isn't the first time you've thought about any of it.
What happens after the retreat is where the change is kept or lost, so we stay with you, as a group and one to one, for a full month.
