About Psilocybin

Insight, forgiveness, a more grounded view

The sacred mushrooms. Slower and gentler than the other allies — emotional work that meets old wounds with compassion instead of fear.

Sacred Mushrooms · Slower Work · Held in Ceremony

What It Is

The sacred mushrooms

Psilocybin mushrooms have been received as sacred for millennia by the peoples of Mesoamerica, who carried them through ceremony, prayer, and song long before the modern world had a name for them. They are teachers, and they are treated as teachers here.

Among the medicines we hold, psilocybin is the patient one. Where Bufo is short and total, the mushrooms take their time — hours rather than minutes — and they tend to work through feeling rather than dissolution.

What It Opens

Slower, emotional work

Sacred tools, never shortcuts. The medicine reveals and illuminates — the transformation happens through preparation, surrender, and integration.

Insight

A new perspective

Old wounds seen from a different angle — the story you've told about your life loosening enough that something truer can be seen underneath it.

Forgiveness

Meeting it with compassion

Room to feel what has been carried — grief, anger, shame — and to meet it gently, rather than bracing against it as you have for years.

Softening

Patterns that loosen

The rigid habits of thought that keep the past running the present begin to soften, making space for something new to take root.

How It's Held

Time, and a container to use it in

A mushroom ceremony is long, and that length is the point. It begins with intention and grounding, and unfolds over hours — held in a prepared space, with a facilitator present the whole way through.

There is no rushing it and no steering it. What arises is met as it comes, with music, silence, and support as they're needed. Afterward there is time to rest, and integration guidance to carry what you found back into your life.

Because it is slower and more emotional than the other medicines, psilocybin is often where deeper grief finally surfaces. That is not a detour from the work. It is the work.

Reverence

What it asks of you

The mushrooms are not recreational and they are not a shortcut. They ask for honesty, preparation, and a willingness to feel.

Begin

Meet it with compassion

Every ceremony begins with a health screening — your safety and readiness are honored every step of the way.
